I really enjoyed the cooking class on Thursday. I think you achieved the perfect balance between "show" (Nida) and "tell" (Steve). The food was surprisingly delicious (the dandelion salad is now me new pot-luck specialty!) and I appreciate the opportunity to try some foods that were new to me.
